Church Grounds
Bird, bee and butterfly garden.
This has been a fantastic success and church members have enjoyed the heady scent of the alyssum border when they come out of church on a Sunday morning.
Bees and butterflies have already visited over the summer and the birds will be tucking in soon as the sunflower heads and teasel spikes ripen.
We also have a Bible Garden in which many plants mentioned in the Bible grow.
To the rear of the gardens is a rather untidy area but this is for our native wild flowers to flourish. It has been a mass of cow parsley, ragged robin and dog daisies etc. etc. all summer and is now going into winter mode.
